I wanted to touch on a couple of points I made on my Facebook page this week.

 

Firstly, congratulations to one of my members Katie Sheps, she completed her 11th week weigh in and has now lost 5kg and 71cm’s altogether moving down to a size 10/12. 18cm’s of the total 71 were from her waistline.

 

Further congratulations to Lauren Horsman another one of my members since Xmas has lost 4kg 22cm’s moving from a 14/16 down to a size 10/12 in around 12 weeks. In between Lauren has also been away on partying weekends and celebrated her 21st birthday for a week of alcohol and fancy food and still managed to achieve these results.

This is Lauren just before Xmas and then her around couple weeks ago. She’s lost more again since the picture. She is still in my private Facebook group and still trains with me in the gym and attends Bootcamp with me in Blaydon.

Now onto today’s post.

 

I wanted to touch on the basics of how my program works so well and try to explain the fundamentals as simply as I can.

 

You may have heard or read me saying before I have studied constantly for years and worked helping people in the gym for over 9 years now. I have grafted, experimented, tweaked and researched constantly to have the programs that are so effective today.

 

With all of my training memberships whether it be Bootcamps or Personal Training you have the option  to follow a scientifically built training plan combined with a scientifically based eating plan designed to work in perfect harmony together to maximize fat loss from a scientific point of view.

 

You may have noticed that those two members I mentioned above appeared to have lost a lot of cm’s but not necessarily a massive amount of weight?

 

That’s because your weight doesn’t make a pick of difference to your physique. What is more important to you? Changing how your clothes fit and losing jean/dress sizes and how you look in the mirror? Or just what the scales say?

You may have heard me go on about the scientific stuff that’s all thought about when I design my customers personalized plans. Things like Leptin, Insulin, Cortisol, Growth Hormone, Metabolism IGF-1, Testosterone & Oestrogen, Catecholamines, Macronutrients, Anabolism/Catabolism (Metabolism) Gluconeogenesis and the list goes on. These are all chemicals in your body which have to be optimized to maximise fat loss. My program essentially SWITCHES OFF Fat Storing and SWITCHES ON Fat Burning.

 

Not only is it the best for weight loss and fat loss results, it is also the best for overall health and improving it at the same time.

 

You have thousands of different commercial diet options. If you were to get every scientist/dietician in the room from the owners of all the big commercial diets such as weight watchers, slimming world, atkins, dukan etc etc.

 

Heck you can even get the owner of every single diet plan in the room – and that’s a bold claim to make!

 

The owner of each plan will all have scientifically based reasoning as to why there’s works the best (as I do) and why others aren’t as good as theirs.

 

The principle of each diet will vary – whether it be behind a points system or sin system. High protein, low carbohydrates, high fat no protein, high carbs no protein or fats, fat’s only, no food at all just water, not even water just oxygen. They all have their principles and reasons. Most of them are also dangerous.

They will all work.

 

Every single one of them will work. Probably not long term and you’ll get constipated, or the opposite, or feel starving hungry, or have to fill your body up with low calorie but shocking ingredients containing cancer causing chemicals.

 

They all work. And that’s because of the ONE THING they ALL have in common?

 

You eat less.

 

No matter which one you follow, it is designed to make the sum of all foods you eat less than your daily calorie intake needs.

 

No matter how their system has you do it, you are in a calorie deficit whilst following it.

 

My programs are the same. So if you had to pick which one you are going to follow surely it’s got to be the one that produces the fastest results?

 

In my opinion, the best one to go for is the one which produces the fastest results whilst also improving your overall health at the same time and is personally tiered to you, your lifestyle and your daily routine around work etc and is also safe for long term use?

That is what my system is. That is why, in my opinion, and everybody’s opinion who has tried it and stuck to it fully, it’s the best!

 

Before I leave you. I want to condense the basic principle of my plan and explain it as short and as simple as I can.

 

Anabolism and catabolism make up metabolism, right?

That’s either creating new or destroying old – cells in the body. You are constantly a state of one or the other. There is no in between.

You alternate between the two via chemical signals. The chemical signals which make you alternate between the two are called hormones. Those hormones are produced in different situations throughout your day – but we can manipulate and create a natural stimulus tactically to maximise and control the hormones we need to optimize for maximum muscle building or fat loss.

Hormones are delivered to the tissues by the metabolism. Metabolism is primarily the chemical changes which occur within the tissues.

Enzymes are what control metabolism and the changes within the tissues – and those enzymes we can manipulate and control via our EXERCISE & NUTRITION!

 

Every plan I design all of this is taken into account…… All of this stuff in the picture above?

 

You don’t need to know any of it. I’ll do all this complicated stuff – we just design the whole plan to fit around you together and you follow it.

 

I know some of this stuff I mentioned may sound complicated and confusing to you, but don’t worry about it. I’m not going to expect you to learn or understand any of it – unless you want too of course.

 

You don’t need to know it. Iv’e done the work and am still continuing to do the work so that you just literally need to follow it and it’s really simple to follow.

 

The training isn’t sort some of crazy, mega intense killer sessions.

 

The diet isn’t some crazy starvation diet containing expensive foods you’ve never heard of and so low calorie you feel ill. Everything you’ll need you’ll be able to buy in your local supermarket no problem. It’s all real, healthy foods.

 

Today, I just wanted to give you an insight and a bit of background of what’s behind my customized diet and training plans. Assure you that if you have me create you a exercise or nutrition plan, it’s not just something I chucked together without any thought.

For best results I recommend combining my training and diet plans together.

 

Katie and Lauren combine all three together as do most of my members.
