Currently in the western world, we have more people than ever who are overweight and unhappy with their body, research shows.

We have more people who have health issues and hypokinetic diseases – (most of which are preventable) such as type 2 diabetes, heart disease, high blood pressure, high cholesterol and depression.

We have more people who try and fail temporary diets, transformation programs, and detoxes.

Yet on the other end of the spectrum, there’s now more information than ever.

There are more products, more supplements, more detoxes to choose from.

There are more gyms, more studios, more workout routines to pick.

There are more Fitness Youtubers and Instagrammers to follow.

There are more people settings up gyms or becoming personal trainers.

Yet at the end of the day, these products and services aren’t actually helping people, they’re creating controversy.

Differences in programs conflicting with each other.

All of this information is just confusing people.

And in the state of confusion, people lose their discipline to follow through.

They enter the yo-yo cycle. Program hop and jump from one program to another.

Yet, often the case 2 years, heck, even 5 years of yo-yo dieting – people look no different. Health, mind-set or body hasn’t changed from trying all these different programs.

It’s likely they look worse than 5 years ago. More unhealthy. Slower metabolism & thyroid issues.

Most people are looking for THE BEST ONE! The fastest program.

OR, people just want a quick fix. So they do a 14 day plan, or a 21 day plan and then don’t pursue it. They don’t follow on with a lon

g term program and keep it up.

There is no short cuts.

There is no quick fix.

There is no miracle detox plan.

Nobody ever transformed their life, body and happiness in 21 days or 12 weeks.

You can make good progress. But the real transformation is in the consistent long term effort in a 2 or 3 year plan.

You can drop 20 or 30 cm’s off your frame in 1 month.
