I’m free alot this week as its week 1 of my 2 weeks off doing 1-1s.

I am in the gym this week but not next week.

If you’re gunna want a program and plan to follow starting from January….

It needs to be done, paid for, discussed and set up by THIS FRIDAY because I’m off next week and refuse to work from home at all over the holidays🤣

If it’s not done by Friday – you’ve got nee chance of it being done in the first couple of weeks of the new year.

If you wanna’ pick up 1-1s again in January you need to get yourself booked in asap too.

£275 for 10 sessions.

£450 for 20 sessions.

30 sessions is six hundred quid.

40 sessions is seven hundred and twenty quid.

You don’t pay nothing extra for plans, diet help, gym usage, the PT platform. Everything is included for FREE when you pay for 1-1s.

Unless you’re gunna be prepared to meal prep, cook and eat clean, get organised and get some structure to your diet – I simply don’t want any of your money.

You can make ‘some’ progress without looking at your diet properly…

But no where near the progress you can make when your training and diet are both 100%…

And in 2023 – I’m only working with people who are SERIOUS.

Big goals. Big progress.

Just how fit can you get?

Just how healthy and happy can you feel?

Just how strong can you get?

How good can life feel living inside a version of yourself who is all those things??

Just how good a shape can you get in? Just how lean can you get?

How will that effect your mood? Your sex life? Your physical and mental health? Your energy levels?

So before you contact me….. that has to be your goal – and you are gunna have to be prepared to do EVERYTHING it’ll take or else I can’t help.

Saying I’ll try is a cop out.

Everything it’ll take, no matter what – or I’m out. Can’t help.

It will take time. We will be starting from the beginning and working WITH your body at YOUR LEVEL and it will require patience and perseverance.

There are mental battles to win. Habits to change. Skills to build. Routines to form.

It will not be easy.

But I have helped people do this many times over……. but only those who actually want it…..
