IMO – THE #1 Thing I Think You Need To Do For FASTEST RESULTS & PROGRESS!

November 24, 2022 0 Comments

For FASTEST results and MAXIMUM progress I believe that having your macros and calories dialled in is the #1 thing you need to do.

So much so, Imma’ be making it a REQUIREMENT that you do it – if you want my help in the gym because I just can’t unsee the power it has to transform your health, body, fitness, mood and mental health.

That means, you eat a flexible clean diet which varies – but hits your calories and macros everyday…

OR,

You follow a diet plan that cannot be varied because it’s pre-calculated to your calories and macros.

Here’s why.

Your body has requirements.

You need to feed, refuel and replenish your body to allow your body, your muscles, your central nervous system to repair and recover between workouts.

You cannot just work your body, deplete your energy stores, damage your muscles, fry your central nervous system, expect your hormones to burn fat and build strength and muscle – if you aren’t feeding/re-feeding yourself correctly🤷‍♂️

Each person has different calorie and macro requirements you need to hit them numbers for your goals, to recomposition your body shape – BUT ALSO do it in a FULL SPECTRUM HEALTH WAY so that you also improve your health, mood, energy, sleep, digestive health & gut health.

“Oh, it’s hard I haven’t got time”

“I can’t be arsed to crunch numbers”

“It’s confusing”

“I’ve tried and can’t stick too it”

There’s literally apps with databases of every single food you wanna’ eat and everything is already calculated for you.

Any diet you follow has a trophy or number system. Whether you learn to count syns, points or stars – you have to learn that system regardless.

Why wouldn’t you just commit to learning about nutrition and what your body ACTUALLY needs to achieve your goals and optimal health?

You know, the only one human body you get that you should be taking responsibility for during your one chance at life on this Earth?

It can be hard to get into the habit of tracking YES!

But it’s no different to any other new habit you try to create.

You just keep forcing yourself to do it for a few weeks, no excuses, no deviation, no twisting, no adjustments, no compromises – and eventually it just becomes who you are and what you do – out of habit and routine!

(If you’ve tried to make changes before and struggle to stick too it – you have a mental toughness issue.

That’s a subject for another day, but a subject I have written lots about already, here on this blog.)

But anyway, tracking is literally THE #1 habit to create if you want FASTER results.

Yes the training is important. You’ve gotta’ get in the gym and get that done…

But you can’t out train a bad diet.

The training creates the stimulus for results to happen… It primes the body and produces the hormones ready for progress to occur…

BUT THEN you have to go away, feed your body, give it enzymes, give it nutrients, give it carbohydrates, give it peptides and amino acids and proteins, give it magnesium, sodium, iron, potassium, cholesterol, zinc, B vitamins.

If you aren’t doing that – then your progress is gunna’ halt. It’s gunna’ be way slower than it could be.

Yes you will get fitter, healthier, feel better, change gradually.

But if you’re serious about making SERIOUS change, getting leaner, burning body fat, melting fat around your middle, getting your body fat% down…

Following a diet based on the calories and macros for YOU is the best way to go.

It is hard. It is challenging. It is inconvenient. It is something new that you’ll need to get into the habit of doing.
…. That’s what everyone who’s transformed their body ‘naturally’ has had to do.

You have to go through the pain, the difficulties, the change, the inconvenience and do what it takes….. or else you haven’t earned the right to have those results…. That’s why you aren’t getting them.

It is difficult. It is challenging. It is inconvenient.

That’s why not everyone is doing it.

And that’s why everyone isn’t jacked and shredded.

Because if it was easy – everyone would be doing it.

And let me tell you, a lot……… no…… ‘MOST’ social influencers, models even people you know who are in incredible shape, strong and ripped…. have either done it this way….. or they’ve used chemical assistance, fat burners and synthetic hormones to artificially take away some of this hard work.

If that’s what you choose to do, that’s fine, your call.

I’m talking to people who wanna’ do it naturally.

Who are serious about doing what it takes and going THROUGH the work, and THROUGH the learning and doing everything it takes to transform your fitness, body and long term health.

Nobody is coming to save us. Nobody will grant you long term health. Nobody is gunna diet for you. Nobody is gunna’ do the work for you.

You wanna’ be the fittest, strongest, healthiest, leanest, tonedest’ muscleiest’ version of yourself you can possibly be?

You want to achieve your body shape goals?

…. And experience the impact that has on your life, your income, your career, your sex life, your mental health?

Start NOW! Download one of macros tracking apps and log in. I recommend MyFitnessPal!

Make the decision to start monitoring everything you put in your mouth and see what the numbers come too.

Slowly try to change your food intakes to get the numbers closer to your goal numbers.

Your goal macros may be 100g protein 180g carbs 60g fats.

Most people eat way too little protein, too many carbs and too many fats.

When you begin putting in everything you eat – the numbers might come to something like……. 50g protein, 250g carbs, 120g fats.

Not uncommon.

Often, it’s the other way too……. people also eat WAY too little in total calories for the day.

Tracking your calories and macros pinpoints EVERYTHING and helps you make changes and better decisions.

In turn – your body shape starts to change, your health improves, your mood is better, your energy levels are better, your sleep quality improves, you get more productive, you feel better.
