Weight Loss VS How you look and feel mentally & physically??

Just focusing on losing lbs DOES NOT work with your body in harmony.

MOST “commercialized diet programs” focus on weight loss – at the expense of optimal health.

It is hands down – IMPOSSIBLE – to achieve PERFECT HEALTH while using pills, potions, powders and bars – and consuming concentrated drinks and processed ready meals.

It ruins your metabolism.

Heightens anxiety.

Fills up your body with high levels of toxicity.

Messes up your hormonal balances which then effects your mood, emotions and energy levels….

Which then effects your income, relationships and mental health – because of your mood, energy and productivity.

Instead – stop focusing on the SCALES.

Stop focusing on WEIGHT LOSS at the expense of health!!

Muscle, bone, ligaments, tendons, cartilage are all heavy tissues.

Staying hydrated will make you weigh heavier- but you will look and feel better.

Focus on full spectrum diet for OPTIMAL HEALTH.

Training regime to focus on your own physical condition and improvement.

Focus on getting your body fat % down.

Focus on dress and jean sizes.

Focus on getting your visceral fat down.

Focus on getting your blood pressure and cholesterol in check.

Focus on getting all ailments addressed at the route cause instead of masking them with pills and focusing on WEIGHT LOSS.

But I get it. It’s hard.

It requires you to change how you live.

It requires you to change your habits and lifestyle choices.

And it requires you to go THROUGH the work.

It can also be confusing if you don’t know where to begin.

You can’t just jump in and change everything all at once either.

It’s gotta be consistent, gradual changes and improvement step by step – so that you can actually stick too it.

Too many changes all at once is too hard to stick too for any length of time.

Stop feeding the diet industry and buying their ding dinners bars pills and potions processed bread, low calorie wine and special chocolate!!

It’s a multi billion pound industry – which then ultimately ends up benefiting the pharmaceutical industry too because of the secondary health problems that come with filling your body up with processed SHIT!

Support high quality clean fresh food instead.

Eggs meat fish.

Fruit veg salad.

Nuts nut butters and seeds.

Some high quality dairy.

High quality carbs.

High quality oils.

Herbs and spices.

Garlic and chilli.

As I write this, we approach 2022 silly season with around 8 full training weeks left until we hit Xmas week.

Significant progress can be made in that time. Noticeable changes are immediate when you follow what I tell you to do!

Further noticeable changes will ensue daily and weekly.

All you need to do is take a gym membership to my gym.
